Why are your prices lower than big agencies?
We're a small senior team without account managers, sales floors or city-centre offices. You're paying for design and engineering — not overhead.
What if my project doesn't fit one of these packages?
Most do. For custom software houses or IoT projects, we scope based on requirements and quote a fixed price after a free 30-minute call.
Do you provide invoices and SST receipts?
Yes. We invoice as Art Byte Creative Agency (202503150630 / CT0151075-H), based in Butterworth, Pulau Pinang.
How do payments work?
50% deposit to start, 50% on launch. For larger Scale or custom projects we split into 3 milestones.
Can you maintain the site after launch?
Yes — from RM250/month for hosting, updates and small content edits. Larger retainers available.
